When we hire at Nexxt, we go big — like 6-foot iguana big! With that said, we’re excited to announce the addition of our new COO, Andy Katz, and his 6-foot iguanas Iggy and Princess, to the Nexxt team.
Andy has an extensive background in the Human Resources industry, coming to us with over 20 years of experience. Before Nexxt, Andy was President of Startwire, managing over 80 external partnerships along with an entire staff. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Global Business Development and Channel Partners at Symphony Talent (formerly Findly). Along with his work at Symphony Talent, his career was launched at Bernard Hodes Group. Here, he advanced into several executive roles. It’s safe to say we’re all excited about Andy joining our team. His main role will be overseeing all business operations here at Nexxt including business development, recruitment advertising, and strategic alliance efforts.
As for Iggy and Princess? Well, they’ll be running the show from behind the scenes.
